About Zendoory
Real estate works better when the client leads.
Zendoory is a client-led marketplace: you post what you're looking for, realtors pitch to earn your business, and you choose — with your identity protected until you're ready.
Why Zendoory exists
Finding a realtor traditionally means cold outreach, referrals of uneven quality, and directories where visibility is bought rather than earned. The person with the most at stake — the client — usually has the least leverage and the least information.
Zendoory flips that. Instead of clients chasing realtors, clients describe what they need and realtors compete to earn the work.
The client-led marketplace
A client posts a Hunt — what they're buying, selling, or exploring, with their criteria and budget. Eligible realtors see a redacted version of that hunt and respond with a Pitch: their approach, experience, and terms. The client compares pitches side by side and selects the realtor who fits.
The client's identity stays protected while they compare. No cold calls, no obligation — the conversation starts only when the client chooses.
How trust works
Verification signals
Realtor profiles carry identity and professional verification signals, specialties, and service areas — visible before you choose.
Marketplace history
Reputation on Zendoory is built from real marketplace behavior: completed deals, reviews from actual clients, and professional collaboration.
Organized transactions
Once matched, the Deal Room (for realtors) and Deal Guide (for clients) keep documents, stages, and updates in one place.
Privacy by design
Hunts are shown to realtors in redacted form. Clients decide when and with whom to share more.
How realtors benefit
Realtors on Zendoory see qualified, high-intent opportunities — real people who've described exactly what they need. Differentiation happens through the pitch and the profile, not through ad spend. Tag-Team lets realtors collaborate on deals with clear roles, and the Academy supports professional growth.
Fair Housing and professional conduct
Zendoory is committed to Fair Housing principles. Hunts, pitches, and profiles must comply with fair housing law — steering, discriminatory preferences, and exclusionary language have no place on the platform. Professional conduct standards apply to every participant.
Where we are today
Zendoory is now piloting in Greenville, South Carolina. We're deliberately building a stronger local marketplace — real clients, real professionals, real transactions — before expanding to new markets. A focused pilot means every Hunt gets genuine local attention, and every improvement is shaped by people actually using the product.
What Zendoory is not
- Not a lead list — realtors never buy your contact information.
- Not a generic directory — realtors earn selection through pitches, not placement.
- Not a popularity contest — reputation comes from marketplace behavior, not follower counts.
- Not a replacement for legal or financial professionals — always consult qualified advisors.
- Not a guarantee of outcome — Zendoory organizes the process; the market decides the result.
